What we’re looking for
Responsibilities:
- Managing and organizing a team of bartenders and servers.
- Creating schedules and assigning duties to team members to ensure the smooth operation of the bars.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Training new employees in the hotel’s policies, procedures and job duties.
- Handling guest complaints and resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of stock management, ordering and cost control.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
