Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Qualifications:

  • Management of incoming requests (email & phone).
  • Act as reservations agent under the guidance of the reservations manager, insert bookings in the hotel reservations system, confirm booking forms, and use online systems GDS, B2B, and B2C.
  • Perform any other duties that management may reasonably require.

Παροχές

Position Requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality/ Tourism.
  • 2-3 years minimum work experience in 5-star properties in the same position.
  • Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential.
  • Knowledge of an additional foreign language (preferably Russian or German) will be considered an asset.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Knowledge of Channel Manager systems and Protel will be considered an extra qualification.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and customer–oriented.
  • Team Spirit.
  • Excellent MS Office-Computer skills.
