Key Responsibilities:

  • Personalized guest reception and assistance during check-in, stay, and check-out
  • Handling guest requests, inquiries, and concerns with discretion and professionalism
  • Coordinating with Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa & Wellness, F&B, and Concierge teams
  • Monitoring guest satisfaction and anticipating needs to enhance the experience
  • Recording guest preferences, feedback, and special requests
  • Facilitating smooth communication across departments for timely service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate guest profiles and CRM data

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in luxury hotel operations, ideally in Guest Relations or Front Office
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and hotel management systems (PMS, CRM, or equivalent)
  • Professional appearance and strong guest-service orientation
  • Ability to multitask, anticipate guest needs, and collaborate effectively with a team
