E-commerce Optimization and Digital Strategy:
- Assist in managing the hotel’s digital presence on various platforms, continuously monitoring and updating our strategies to stay competitive.
- Implement and regularly update promotional strategies and rate plans to optimize revenue and occupancy.
- Monitor the effectiveness of new technologies and partnerships, adjusting our e-commerce strategies as necessary.
- Proficiency in Webhotelier and PrimalRES preferred for optimizing online booking platforms.
Sales Support and Strategic Analysis:
- Assist with and monitor the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with our brand’s objectives and seasonal opportunities.
- Continuously update our approach based on detailed analysis of market trends and guest feedback to improve overall sales strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Protel is required for analyzing data and managing sales records effectively.
Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement:
- Assist in coordinating interdepartmental activities, ensuring smooth operations for all booking processes, and regularly updating procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor and regularly refine sales and booking operations processes to ensure they remain efficient and accurate.
Client Relations and Communication:
- Regularly assist with and monitor client communications, updating our strategies to improve relationship management and customer satisfaction.
- Handle group requests, ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and maintain ongoing relationships to foster repeat business and client loyalty.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other related duties as required, adapting to the evolving business needs of the hotel and reflecting the latest industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, contracting, marketing, or e-commerce, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Required proficiency in Microsoft Office for organizational and analytical tasks.
- Preferred knowledge of hotel booking systems such as Webhotelier, PrimalRES, and Protel.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Greek and English.
